1. Home valuation
The first step in the process is, of course, a free and non-binding sales assessment of the property by one of our experienced agents. We conduct a thorough inspection of the property, which, in combination with our local knowledge and knowledge of housing market trends, gives us the best conditions to price your property realistically.
2. Dissemination agreement
When you sell your home with Sunny Costa, a written agreement is naturally concluded in which all relevant information about us as a broker and you as a seller is stated, as well as all relevant information about the property, including the asking price. Once both parties agree, the agency agreement is signed and we're ready for the next step, which is marketing.
3. Marketing
