Position Overview:

We are looking for motivated and proactive individuals to join our team as listing agents. In this position, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new properties for sale and helping clients throughout the listing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential properties for sale through market research, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and prospective sellers.
Conduct property assessments and provide pricing recommendations based on market analysis.
Prepare and present compelling listing presentations to potential clients.
Collaborate with sellers to create effective marketing strategies for their properties.
Stay updated on the local real estate market and industry trends.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in real estate sales or listing is preferred, but not required.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and proactive approach to business development.
Good communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Multilingual abilities are a definite advantage.

Salary:

Salary and commission structure will be offered, with potential for high earnings based on performance.
