Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and proactive individuals to join our team as Country Managers. In this role, you’ll manage your own client database and draw on your network to build it even bigger. You will be responsible for listing properties as well as dealing with buyers and delivering exceptional service. As we look to expand into more markets, we welcome applicants from various nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be in charge of your own client database, mainly clients of your own nationality. 
• Identify potential properties for our portfolio through market research, networking, and outreach.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential sellers and buyers.
• Conduct property assessments and provide pricing recommendations based on comprehensive market analysis.
• Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with property owners to devise effective marketing strategies for their listings.
• Stay abreast of local real estate market trends and industry developments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate sales or property management is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• A self-motivated and proactive approach to business development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Multilingual abilities are a definite advantage. English is a must and Spanish is a plus. 

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary and commission structure, with the potential for high earnings based on performance.
