Townhouse El Coto, Fuengirola

Welcome to this very nice and spacious townhouse in the family area of Olimar!

We first enter the front terrace where there is plenty of space for both dining table, chairs, barbecue and a large parasol.
From there we step into the living room with a sofa group around the fireplace to the right and a dining table straight ahead. To the right is the modern, large and well-equipped kitchen.

At the far end is another terrace with a large sofa group under roof. There is also a storage room. Under the stairs there is another storage room. In some of the houses, it has been converted into a toilet.

Upstairs we find three bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share the second bathroom.
Further upstairs we find a large room with its own terrace and dizzying views of the urbanization and the surrounding area of El Coto beyond the mountains.

Olimar is a popular community where families with children find a safe and quiet oasis a little outside Fuengirola, where it only takes 5-10 minutes by car and about 20 minutes to walk.
El Coto center is a stone's throw away and there are a few restaurants, pharmacies and a shop as well as bus connection.
