The apartment has been very well maintained throughout, no need for decorating as it is immaculate, nicely furnished with lots of natural light, south facing terrace so you have sun in the morning from 11am until 7pm, the property over looks the hills and has a part view of the golf course, you have one parking space but there are plenty of spaces for your guests to park, you are a 2 minute drive from the club house and driving range if you are an avid golfer, if not then you are a 5 minute drive to Estepona town center and the beach, there is a nice communal pool area that over looks the golf course, close to the driving range you have a small cafe that you can use and of course yo can use the club house for a drink and food, super location if you are an avid golfer or a beach lover, come and take a look
