Apartment Estepona

The apartment is a duplex penthouse on 2 floors of the building, there are approximately 15 steps from the road to the front door, as you enter into the apartment you have a living room, kitchen and west facing terrace that has a very small part sea view to the left of the building and in front you have a large plot of land, on the second floor you have 3 decent sized bedrooms, shower room shared with two of the bedrooms and the master bedroom which faces south has a good sized en-suite bathroom and a terrace which is west facing, there is a lovely seating area at the front of the house with a small pay area for children, parking is on the roadside close by, you can walk to the supermarket in approximately 10 minutes or less and now that we have the new promenade installed you can walk into Estepona town, the port is around a 30 minute very pleasant walk, there is a bus stop at the end of the road, restaurants next to the supermarkets and a 5 star hotel over the road on the beach side, everything is very accessible from this location, nice quiet development and mainly residential, low running costs, good location for a first time buyer
