Transfer of a renowned bakery and pastry shop in Estepona. It is currently known for its French specialties - it has a good clientele of regulars as well as many tourists. The place includes a ground floor of 250 m2 with a terrace. It has 13 tables inside and 7 outside. The transfer includes all machines and equipment for bakery and pastry making, ovens, refrigerators, shelves, decoration, display cases, etc. ...Stock is taken separately (not included). Agreement whereby for 1 month the former owners dedicate themselves to helping with the transition. The rent for the premises has been set on January 1, 2024 at €1,700/month, the budget of which will not change for 5 years. There is a possibility of renting an additional warehouse next to the premises (additional rent of €500). Personnel may be transferred according to the agreement of the parties concerned.
