The finca is oriented to the south and has wonderful panoramic views of the surrounding river, the forests and the mountains of great beauty, up to the village of Istán. El Charco del Canalon, some natural pools where you can swim in the summer, and its waterfall are within walking distance. This privileged and quiet place has a very pleasant microclimate. There are about 5 other fincas in the area, wich is accessible by car only to it's owners, no other construction will ever be allowed in this area.

The property is accessible all year round by a good rural road. You get to the town of Istán in 15 minutes by car, in 40 minutes you are in Marbella, Puerto Banus and the beaches.
